Prizes for shooting large numbers of animals

Trophy Hunting industry prizes

Many hunting groups such as Safari Club International (SCI) award prizes to hunters who shoot the most animals. They also encourage hunters to kill large numbers of animals in different categories.

SCI has some 80 different prize categories. A number of other hunting groups offer hunting prizes too.

Below are just a few examples of some of SCI’s prizes, and how many animals and which different species the hunter has to shoot in order to pick up that prize.
